The national typology of residential buildings in Serbia represents the categorization of residential buildings according to the characteristics that enable the assessment of the current state of their energy efficiency and possibilities for improvement. It is in accordance with the European methodology for structuring the construction fund, recommended by the European Commission (2012/C 115/01), as defined in the international project TABULA. The national typology includes 45 types of buildings, classified according to the characteristics that affect their energy efficiency. For each of the types it is possible to review data on representation within the construction fund, structural elements, energy performance, as well as a proposal for improvement measures in two steps - improvement 1 and 2.
