Building performance testing
Thermal imaging - Quality assessment
Thermal imaging is a method of diagnosing and analysing the quality of building skin's thermal characteristics, without establishing direct physical contact with the building. Thermal imaging shows the building viewed through the infrared part of the spectrum and records heat emitted into the atmosphere instead of our residential, commercial or public spaces, in fact the energy that is "lost" and can be preserved by implementing better architectural and technical solutions.

Determination of the thermal conductivity coefficient and of the current state
Heat flow measurements and determination of heat transfer coefficient (U) of characteristic walls, roofs and window components is performed in order to determine the real state in conditions of exploitation. In this way it is possible to confirm the calculated or determine the real value of heat transfer coefficient, without having to know the structure composition or perform invasive drilling techniques.

Determination of the airtightness of building envelopes and of the current state
Bad airtightness of the thermal envelope represents the most common source of significant thermal loses in buildings. In the aim of determining the real state of this parameter airtightness testing is performed by using the fan-pressurisation technique, or commonly known as the „Blower door“ method.
