After three years of field work and research, a group of professors and associates of the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade has classified the Serbian housing stock in accordance with the principles of the IEE Project TABULA. The development process of National Typology is presented in three scientific monographs dedicated to the research of family housing, multifamily housing and building typology of Serbia, also presented in National brochures. Brochures are illustrating the analysis of energy performance characteristics of typical buildings through the Energy passport certificates. For all the buildings, elements of thermal envelope together with heating and hot water systems have been defined, recommendations for improvement measures at two levels proposed and calculation of possible savings and CO2 emission reduction executed.
