Project implementation period: 2009-2012

TABULA project was aimed at developing unique methodology for structuring of building stock of European countries in order to assess its level of energy performance and possibilities for its improvement. Project was co-funded by Intelligent Energy Europe Programme of the European Union, and it lasted for four years. Serbia was part of the project as associated member, supported by GIZ. Confirmation of the validity of developed methodology is its recognition by the European Commission as the only methodology for building stock energy performance assessment that contains all the data needed for the energy performance calculation.
