KnaufTerm 2 Pro

KnaufTerm2 Pro is a software package used for testing energy performance of buildings according to the current regulatory framework in Serbia. Author of this software is Professor Aleksandar Rajčić, PhD, with support from the Knauf Insulation Company in Serbia. This software enables testig of each thermal envelope component’s perfromance, which is necessary in initial determination of building structure (idea design phase), and also enables complete building perfromance calculation needed for obtaining building permit (energy efficiency elaborate) and certification after completion of the building (energy performance certificate). Standardized reports needed as parts of technical documentation can be obtained through this software package.

Besides the option to print out all calculations for specific components, entire building calculation and energy certificate, it is important to mention that the software enables calculation of heterogeneous components and calculations of walls and floors in contact with ground in accordance with EN ISO 13370 standard, giving the more accurate results of U value and influences favourable the entire building energy performance calculation.
