Typology of Residential Buildings of Serbia – Software for Calculation

National typology of residential buildings of Serbia represents the classification of residential buildings based on their characteristics which enable assessment of their current energy performance and improvement potential. It is in accordance with European methodology of building stock structuring, recommended by the European Commission (2012/C 115/01), which was defined through the international TABULA project. National typology consists of 45 building types, classified based on their characteristics which influence energy performance. For each building type data are given regarding their representation in the overall building stock, their constructive elements, energy performance, as well as two improvement scenarios.
